Every plan includes a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate Corevia ERP before paying. No charge is made during the trial.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time and will not renew. Fees already paid for the current month are generally non-refundable, as the service was available to you.
For yearly plans, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial payment if you are not satisfied. After 14 days, yearly fees are non-refundable but you keep access until the end of the paid period.
To request a refund, email afrasafwan890@gmail.com with your account details and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Custom development and one-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
